Interestingly enough, Recluse has a very secret and closely guarded soft spot. And although he is feared in many criminal and law enforcement groups, he easily avoids all contact with them. He's a mercenary at times, but he often is not even noticable. He has since been roaming, nothing but a wandering ghost.
He went on a rampage to escape from the labs.Īfter much struggles in and out of getting re-captured, Recluse was able to remove the tracking chips inside him, securing his freedom. Something in his broken and tortured mind finally snapped, and he rebelled against H.Y.D.R.A. This went on until the boy was about fifteen (He was taken when he was four, mind you). With no social refrences or any remembrence of who he used to be, Recluse became a living weapon of mass destruction and terror for Hydra. For years, he was subjected to horrible torture and experiments. He was taken from his family at a rather young age and had his memories stripped away from him. You see, he was a secret project of H.Y.D.R.A. More often then not, a 'spider' gets their powers from a radioactive spider bite, but for Recluse, that was not the case. Their quirks: Retractable venom fangs, hooked spikes on arms (these are tipped with venom), wall-crawling, organic webs (they are black in color and also have an inner glow of dark blue), spider-sense, enhanced eyesight, enhanced hearing, enhanced sense of touch, no healing factor, has two organic leg/wing things (Think the arms of the Iron Spider suit) that are constantly covered in armor, two sticky patches on his sides/back that produce a web membrane when the wings pass over it, allowing for glides and short flight.
